  Changing people's lives for the better.

  Mostly a healthy lifestyle. Meditation, Yoga, and Excercise. Lots of laughers and cero drama.

  Hard work, resilience, and passion in everything I do.

  It's hard for me to give up!

  I try to travel 2-3 times a year. If it was for me I would be traveling 365!

  Mostly a reduced carb diet.
