Interview

  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
I have had many tell me I am a beautiful man and that I exude lots of joyful, positive energy and perhaps that best makes me stand out.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
The best experience of my life...Wow...I can't say there was one. I've worked to move away from labeling too much as "bad" or "good" which then means "best" or "worse" aren't too important. Love the slogan, "One day at a time." Each day can be my best day/best experience...

PS. Perhaps some of the best experiences are those that might have a lot of pain upfront as they can transform us into more loving, insightful, and kind individuals (even though telling someone that at the height of their pain is likely NOT helpful).
  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
When I laugh, it is often infectious (but not like a virus)!
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
Dancing, physical activity, and personal improvement reading are some of my hobbies.
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I go the extra mile by being perfectly imperfect. This means I always do my best (and satisfaction is important).

When my best is not good enough (or I make an error), I take careful note and work to do better next time--no fear, no shame, no guilt.

Constant improvement is a a key focus for me and helping others (without enabling them) is important too.
  • What do you do for fun?
I do all kinds of things for fun! My work activities are most always fun (or I'd do different work). Dancing and learning something new in an area of interest is ALWAYS fun.
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
    Determination, intellect, and resourcefulness.

Let me also add being kind as I progressed in my New Thought studies. From working in the club environment as a dancer in my recent past (and in my 20s), there are a fair number of people who can be unkind at times.

As I grew in my spirituality, I learned to not take it personally. One customer once told me, "You can't be serious that you are glad that I'm here after all the nasty things I said to you."

I said, "Sir, actually I really am...you've purchased a drink, the bartender and owner benefits and so do I as I'm paid to be here." [NO sarcasm felt.]
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I workout three times a week and dance regularly.

Diet-wise, fish and chicken, prepared in lean ways, are a staple along with a variety of grains, nuts, vegetables, and some fruits.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
In ordinary times, I travel a few times a year and that is just fine. (I've had prior professional work where I traveled a lot so that isn't so important now.) I do love my home and spending time reading and working remotely. This means I lean towards being a homebody.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
I do like most all types of people and have entertained them without bias--whether a lap dance at a club I have danced for, at a private party, or one-on-one.

Though, my niche is typically with the executive types really--I've found they are serious on intent and resolute on both appointments and communication.

Also, men who like flexing and posing tend to hire me just for that...oil up, workout, flex, and pose...
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
My lifestyle includes a regular focus on four parts of holistic health (physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual).

Exercise, meditation, and challenging myself to improve and learn new things are components of my lifestyle. I have always made some time to give back to those less fortunate. I believe in karma.

Importantly, I am who I am today because I've had a number of wonderful people touch my life at key moments, including a higher power working through them (even before I knew that). Gratitude is the attitude once again...
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I have strong right- and left-brain skill sets.

I've found that all kinds of people, regardless of "gifts" (and we all have them) and education, can teach me useful things!
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
First, I love the beach, drinking I can take or leave, and the great food must be well-balanced and properly portioned! After that, I've had quite a non-traditional life and much joy the last few years and I'm so grateful.

Gratitude is my Attitude! (On the inevitable tough days of life that happen every so often, it smooths things out a lot.)
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
I am honest, spiritually-centered, bright, and have been successful in many endeavors.

I live my life for me now (with never an intent to harm or hurt others). I want the best for myself AND for others too.

In building long-term personal and business relationships, I work to get to win-win outcomes.

I want to be perceived as assertive and not aggressive (unless you need me to play that role--which I can do).
  • What do you enjoy most about yourself?
I think I most enjoy my ability to get-things-done and working determinedly, as necessary, to overcome obstacles--asking for help when a piece is missing and always doing my part fully.
  • Name 5 things that you can’t live without.
    1. Quality people (insightful, fun, kind)

    2. Stimulation of intellect/growth

    3. Technology

    4. Good holistic health

    5. Nutrition and water
